Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using cryptr.ee ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of service

cryptr.ee provides a platform for users to create a public page displaying their cryptocurrency wallet addresses. The Service generates QR codes, blockchain explorer links, and copy-to-clipboard functionality for listed wallet addresses. The Service is a display and sharing tool only.

3. No financial services

cryptr.ee does not hold, manage, transmit, or custody any cryptocurrency or funds. We do not process transactions, provide exchange services, or offer financial advice. We are not a wallet provider, exchange, or financial institution. All transactions occur directly between senders and the wallet addresses listed by users. cryptr.ee has no involvement in, control over, or liability for any cryptocurrency transactions.

4. User accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and choose a unique username. cryptr.ee offers two account modes:

• • Standard account: Your email, username, and page data are stored together. Full account recovery and support are available.
• • Anonymous account: Your billing data and public page data are stored separately using a Privacy by Design architecture. Access to your page is controlled by a Page Access Key that only you hold.

Regardless of account type, you are responsible for:

• • Maintaining the security of your account, email access, and Page Access Key (if applicable).
• • Ensuring the accuracy of the wallet addresses you publish.
• • All activity that occurs under your account and/or your public page.
• • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Page Access Key (Anonymous accounts)

If you choose an Anonymous account, you will receive a unique Page Access Key during registration. This key is the only way to access and manage your public page. You acknowledge and agree that:

• • The Page Access Key is generated once and shown to you only at the time of registration. It is your sole responsibility to store it securely.
• • cryptr.ee does not store a copy of your key — only a one-way hash. We cannot retrieve, reset, or regenerate your key.
• • If you lose your key and have no wallet-based recovery option, you will permanently lose access to your page. cryptr.ee is not liable for any loss resulting from a lost key.
• • You must not share your key with anyone. Anyone who possesses your key can manage your page.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• • Promote scams, fraudulent schemes, or phishing attacks.
• • Facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal activity.
• • Impersonate other individuals, projects, or organizations.
• • Publish wallet addresses that do not belong to you without authorization.
• • Abuse, overload, or attempt to compromise the Service's infrastructure.
• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• • Use Anonymous mode to circumvent legal obligations, evade law enforcement, or facilitate any prohibited activity listed above.

Anonymous mode is a privacy feature, not an anonymity guarantee. It implements data separation as a technical privacy measure in accordance with GDPR Article 25 (Privacy by Design). It does not make your activity invisible to law enforcement or exempt you from any legal responsibility.

7. Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or public page, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity, or using the Service in a way that could harm other users or the Service itself. This applies equally to Standard and Anonymous accounts. The use of anonymous mode does not exempt users from these Terms or from applicable laws. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

8. Premium subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by cryptr.ee and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the wallet addresses and content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a license to display that content on your public page as part of the Service's functionality.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. cryptr.ee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to incorrect wallet addresses, unauthorized access to your account, service interruptions or downtime, or third-party actions related to wallet addresses displayed on the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless cryptr.ee, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Law enforcement cooperation

cryptr.ee operates in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and will disclose user information when legally required to do so, including but not limited to:

• • Valid court orders, subpoenas, or other binding legal instruments.
• • Requests to prevent imminent bodily harm, fraud, or terrorism financing.
• • Compliance with EU anti-money laundering directives and Estonian law.

Anonymous mode provides data separation as a privacy feature, not as a tool to evade legal obligations. All account types are subject to the same legal requirements. Users who use the Service for illegal purposes will have their accounts suspended and data preserved for legal proceedings.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
