Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using cryptr.ee ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of service

cryptr.ee provides a platform for users to create a public page displaying their cryptocurrency wallet addresses. The Service generates QR codes, blockchain explorer links, and copy-to-clipboard functionality for listed wallet addresses. The Service is a display and sharing tool only.

3. No financial services

cryptr.ee does not hold, manage, transmit, or custody any cryptocurrency or funds. We do not process transactions, provide exchange services, or offer financial advice. We are not a wallet provider, exchange, or financial institution. All transactions occur directly between senders and the wallet addresses listed by users. cryptr.ee has no involvement in, control over, or liability for any cryptocurrency transactions.

4. User accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and choose a unique username. Your email is stored only as a one-way hash — we never keep it in plain text. At registration, you receive a unique Access Key for alternative passwordless login.

You are responsible for:

• • Maintaining the security of your account, email access, and Access Key.
• • Ensuring the accuracy of the wallet addresses you publish.
• • All activity that occurs under your account and your public page.
• • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Access Key

At registration, every user receives a unique 64-character Access Key. This key provides an alternative way to sign in without entering your email. You acknowledge and agree that:

• • The Access Key is shown to you once at registration. It is your sole responsibility to store it securely.
• • cryptr.ee stores only a one-way hash of your key. We cannot retrieve or display your original key after registration. You can regenerate a new key from your dashboard, which invalidates the previous one.
• • If you lose both your Access Key and access to your email, you will permanently lose access to your account. cryptr.ee is not liable for any loss resulting from lost credentials.
• • You must not share your key with anyone. Anyone who possesses your key can sign into your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• • Promote scams, fraudulent schemes, or phishing attacks.
• • Facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal activity.
• • Impersonate other individuals, projects, or organizations.
• • Publish wallet addresses that do not belong to you without authorization.
• • Abuse, overload, or attempt to compromise the Service's infrastructure.
• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• • Use the Service's privacy features to circumvent legal obligations, evade law enforcement, or facilitate any prohibited activity listed above.

Email hashing and Access Key login are privacy features, not anonymity guarantees. They implement data minimization as a technical privacy measure in accordance with GDPR Article 25 (Privacy by Design). They do not make your activity invisible to law enforcement or exempt you from any legal responsibility.

7. Account inactivity, suspension, and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or public page, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity, or using the Service in a way that could harm other users or the Service itself. Privacy features do not exempt users from these Terms or from applicable laws. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

Additionally, an administrator may delete your account at any time for Terms violations, abuse reports, or legal compliance. Admin-initiated deletion cancels any active subscription, anonymizes your personal data, and revokes all active sessions immediately. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Account inactivity policy

To maintain service quality, accounts that have not been accessed for an extended period may be subject to the following actions:

• • 30 days of inactivity: You will receive a reminder email.
• • 60 days of inactivity: A second reminder is sent warning that your page will be deactivated.
• • 80 days of inactivity: A final warning is sent with 10 days remaining.
• • 90+ days of inactivity: Your public page will be deactivated and will no longer be visible. Your data is preserved — simply sign in to reactivate your page.
• • 180 days of inactivity: A permanent deletion warning is sent. You have 30 days to sign in and save your account.
• • 210+ days of inactivity: Your account and all associated data (wallets, referral links, analytics) are permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

Signing in at any time resets all inactivity timers. This policy applies to all account types and plan levels.

8. Premium subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by cryptr.ee and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the wallet addresses and content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a license to display that content on your public page as part of the Service's functionality.

10. Service availability and discontinuation

cryptr.ee aims to provide a reliable service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may experience planned or unplanned downtime for maintenance, updates, or infrastructure changes.

If we discontinue the Service

In the event that we decide to discontinue the Service, the following applies:

• • Free accounts: We will provide at least 30 days' notice via email before shutting down. During this period, you may export or copy your data.
• • Premium accounts: We will provide at least 60 days' notice via email. All active subscriptions will be cancelled, and any remaining prepaid period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
• • Emergency shutdown: In the event of a legal order, critical security breach, or force majeure, the Service may be discontinued with shorter notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users as soon as practicable.

After the notice period, all user data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. cryptr.ee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to incorrect wallet addresses, unauthorized access to your account, service interruptions or downtime, or third-party actions related to wallet addresses displayed on the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless cryptr.ee, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Law enforcement cooperation

cryptr.ee operates in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and will disclose user information when legally required to do so, including but not limited to:

• • Valid court orders, subpoenas, or other binding legal instruments.
• • Requests to prevent imminent bodily harm, fraud, or terrorism financing.
• • Compliance with EU anti-money laundering directives and Estonian law.

Email hashing and Access Key login are privacy features, not tools to evade legal obligations. All accounts are subject to the same legal requirements. Users who use the Service for illegal purposes will have their accounts suspended and data preserved for legal proceedings.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are handled as follows:

• • Minor changes (typo fixes, clarifications that do not affect your rights or obligations) take effect immediately upon publication.
• • Substantial changes (new restrictions, changes to liability, pricing, or data handling) will be communicated via email to all registered users at least 30 days before taking effect.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account before the new Terms take effect.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
